Excellent thoughtful portrayal of a massive condition touching almost all our lives, directly or indirectly. Realistic, moving, characters with solid stories that are heart-rending, even as their effects appear humorous. Engaging.
Very much a laugh/cry play, but so well presented. Anyone that has experienced the dimensia subject with a relative will certainly attest to the dilemmas that are handled (or not) in care homes.
Wow. I laughed. I cried. And I learned a few things. But where is Carl?
A thoughtful look at how people with dementia are treated done subtly from many perspectives.
