  1. Ahh I’m a little late in leaving a review but wow!!! This show is amazing!! Everyone was brilliant and played their parts effortlessly. I saw it twice and would happily go again! Brought some friends to see it too, they aren’t regular theatre goers but they said it was better than the movie. It’s a ton of fun for both fans and newcomers, so many laughs—I’ll never forget this performance! Thank you to all the cast and crew for putting together such a special show💖

  2. Saw this on Sunday afternoon and it was excellent from start to finish. The musical numbers were energetic and entertaining and the puppetry hilarious. The roles were all played to perfection (right down to the e-cig) but the nuanced performance of Audrey really stood out. The subtle little touches really gave her that extra special something that rounded out the performance beautifully and made her character so endearing.

  3. I read the reviews before going and highly anticipated this musical. Yes, there were a few voices that stood out, but for me, don’t believe the hype. And what was the purpose of the e-cig? I will say it was much better than a previous years performance from this troupe.

  4. One of my fave musicals, I’m glad they did it justice and it’s absolutely worth going to see. Fantastic performances, particularly from the leads.

Most of the audio was at least decent but as usual in this venue with a large production of this kind the big full cast numbers get a little muddy sounding 🙁 I know it adds to expenses but when the material calls for it mics are needed.

  5. Loved the show! Which the actors would have been mic-ed up but WOW! The lead actor who played Seymour was actually incredible! Would definitely recommend.

  6. I love this! It’s funny, cute, efficient, and quirky. And Audrey II is a showstopper! PS After a few days of musicals, musicals, musicals… Dream duet scenario: Moriah from ‘Little Shop’ and Dylan from ‘Broadway at the Blue Elephant.’ Find each other in the universe and make beautiful theatrical noise.

  7. WOW! Amazing show! Everything about this show is absolutely incredible. The actors, set and music, outstanding! Tears and laughter. A must see fringe show!!

  8. Saw this show on its opening night as my first show and wow did I choose right. So many power houses in the cast and truly embodied their characters and the spirit of the show. I highly recommend this show to everyone who loves musical theatre. They even have a small live band to accompany the cast.

  9. If you think that this classic musical can’t be done for Fringe without missing out on major plot points, think again!

Paired down to 90 minutes, the harmonies of the iconic trio hit your heart from the very first note. The laugh out loud moments are a PLENTY (serious tears in the eyes laughing), roles cast perfectly (such a beautiful puppy love portrayed between Audrey & Seymour, not to mention the stern, yet caring Mushnik shining in a two-man tango), and a plant that grows…and grows…and grows, but I won’t give away how. 😉
