It’s hit the fan, and it hasn’t stopped spinning. When disaster strikes their community, a volunteer team of five dysfunctional civil servants are forced to work together to support their local first responders in the wake of devastation. They do this not because it is easy, but because they thought it would be.
From the company that brought you The Great Gatsby comes an original, fast-paced comedy about what ELSE can go wrong when things have gone wrong. It can’t get any worse, right?
Fast paced, funny and energetic! Who hasn’t worked with at least one of the 5 characters in this show?
Saw the first show… compelling work by Hayden Maine. Laughed the whole time and Hayden swift CBed through multiple characters and sold us on it. Anyone who’s gotten lost in the bureaucracy will enjoy this show!
A one-man show with lots of energy and laughter. As a civil servant myself, I found it hilarious, especially because it’s so accurate! Four stars.
Frenzied, frantic, and deliriously funny. This fast-paced farce (which has more in common with reality than one might suspect) is a one-man tour-de-force for actor/writer Hayden Maine’s, who performs five roles with berserk energy and satirical glee. It truly must be seen to be believed…and it’s very much worth seeing!
A succession of stressed-out government employees (played by the same actor in different-coloured safety vests) scramble to deal with the aftermath of a major accident involving a train full of pigs, a truck full of manure, chlorine gas, and a dozen other complicating factors. Anyone who has worked for the government will bust a gut watching this spot-on satire of bureaucracy and miscommunication gone awry, loaded with tiny details from the binder full of passwords to Google redirecting every call to Toronto. My only criticism is that at 45 minutes, it’s over way too soon.
