Pacing, writing, singing and acting are what make this show a great watch. And I still find myself ruminating over the historical significance.
A fun story, and the singing was excellent, but it felt like they needed a few more rehearsals. There were several missed lines and musical cues that will hopefully all be worked out by the end of the show’s run!
A commendable effort to capture the drama of live radio performance and Orson Welles’ ego. All actors are competent but it was hard to hear the two secondary characters’ voices when not facing the audience.
The run time of 90 minutes could have been reduced.
