Break-ups are hard. Hailey knows this. Break-ups that happen shortly before an anniversary camping trip are much harder.
When Hailey finds her relationship with her long-term boyfriend (and her life’s plan) falling apart, she takes her half-sister along for what used to be their anniversary tradition: a weekend of tranquility spent at campsite #57.
But when a stranger arrives claiming he also has the same site booked, that peace is put to a test. As the evening progresses, the sisters start to suspect this stranger may know more about them than he has been letting on.

The performances of all three cast members created a convincing dynamic that brought the characters’ complicated, and dubious relationships to life, making even the most unbelievable twists and turns feel entirely believable. Eve Ross Moore’s writing truly shone throughout the performance, pairing seamlessly with the cast’s energy and delivery. Even expecting some kind of twist, I wasn’t prepared for how quickly the play could shift from making me laugh to making me wince, often in the very next moment. The pacing held and built up very well for the length of show, well done!
I applaud everyone involved, definitely my favorite show of fringe. 🙂
Cleverly written and executed. As an an ADHD person with the attention span of a fly, holding me captivated for 75 minutes is a feat not many can claim victory in. Audible gasps when Luke reveals he is Jacob’s cousin forced into a mission of betrayal and deceit, eruptions of laughter when Lucas takes a self defence kick to his no no zone, and many countless other times through out, tears falling when Hailey is left desperate as she watches her sister Brooke slowly slip away in anaphylactic shock from a wasp sting, and the memories of their childhood together flash across the screen, to the realization of the undeniable bond they share, regardless of their half sister status and polar opposite personalities.
Bravo. If you missed seeing this show, you’ve truly missed some phenomenal story telling, acting, and production.

This was a well written and well executed show! I was entertained through all 75 minutes. It made me laugh out loud and I loved the twists throughout. Fantastic job! I loved the way it has started with the vlogging on the screen as you’re finding a seat before the show actually begins. 👏🏼

Came in not knowing what to expect. Experienced a rollercoaster of emotions. Left feeling slightly unsettled with all the ups and downs, twists and turns, but that is what made it an excellent performance. 5/5 stars.

I’m not sure how Ross-Moore does it, but once again, she has created a piece that is relatable on many levels, with perfect comedic timing.
The story, told exceptionally well by all 3 actors, commands your attention with their emotion packed performances, the right amount of humour, and unexpected twists. The set is great and the addition of the screen, really almost brings you into site 57.
Can’t wait to see what T&F hopefully returns to fringe with next year!
Another wonderful show by Eve! Great cast, chemistry, and plenty of twists and turns along the way. Wonderful character development and more compelling relationships that manage to show immense growth even in a 75 minute time slot. The relationship between Hailey and Brooke, along with the relationship between Hailey and Luke feels real and engaging, written wonderfully and brought to life by the charismatic and talented cast. The show excels as both a drama and comedy, mixing both bits together to create powerful art that is thoughtful as well as fun. Thinking and Feeling has made one of my favourite fringe shows for the second year in a row <3
Thinking & Feeling Theatre is back with this phenomenal (half) sibling drama. Some great twists and reveals as I’ve come to expect from playwright Eve Ross Moore. Great performances and nuanced characters, and the production values and choreo is top notch. Go see this one with your favorite sibling! Brookesiders unite!
Put this on your must watch list! All 3 actors have incredible chemistry and deliver such grounded performances you forget you’re watching a play and lose yourself in the story. Written with twists you don’t see coming and character backstories that unravel organically throughout the run of the show this is one you just don’t want to miss! Easy 5/5

Completely unexpected plot twist, the actors portray the characters very well and there was very clear chemistry within the cast that had been worked to perfection. I truly believed the two sisters were real sisters, and I know you should never trust a man with a Rick and Morty shirt (with a fanny pack, mind you!), but I would have anyways since the actor played him so charmingly. This show is not one to miss! 5 stars from me!

Thinking & Feeling Theatre Company has done it again! A thoughtful, heartwarming story with unexpected turns throughout. Very well cast with strong performances and sharp, witty dialogue. Can’t wait to see what T&F cooks up next!
