ONE MORE TIME is a dark comedy game show where the only prize that matters is approval. Hosted by a charmingly manipulative Devil, contestants compete in a series of ridiculously chaotic challenges designed to win the audience’s laugher, applause and attention. But the rules change constantly, the stakes keep rising, and the contestants quickly realize the game may not be as harmless as it seems.
Part improv comedy and part social experiment, ONE MORE TIME blurs the line between audience and performer, inviting the crowd to react loudly, judge, and play along.
Inspired by internet culture and the exhausting pressure to constantly perform for approval, this fast-paced Fringe comedy asks one unsettling question: if the applause stops… who are we performing for?
the devil has you for a game show experience and they really do !! it is a very fun audience involved show. you’ll love all 5 characters and it is different every night. you’ll have to see it ONE MORE TIME !
The first mistake was allowing the audience to heckle. If actors aren’t trained how to guide the story along in unpredictable situations, it all falls flat. The show soon became a contest of, “which audience member can be the funniest during any pause or moment of silence”. The concept is fun, but unfortunately was not executed well. The improvised aspects throughout the show felt under-rehearsed and many of the actors were looking to each other like, “Okay say your line, uhh what comes next”. It became clear that the actors lost control of the show which made the scripted parts seem weak.

You like game shows? Check this one out! If you like audience interaction this is also a great show to see as well. The actors on the stage are wanting your energy and it makes the performance all the more entertaining!
A fascinating show! I was consistently surprised by what came next. This group of talented young artists is exploring theatre in a unique and surprising way. Great blend of comedy and improv. Definitely enjoyed the production. Diverse contestant characters. Near the end it felt a little sped up and I got lost a little bit in the teachable moment of the show, unable to follow along. Never less I absolutely recommend seeing this show if you are an improv geek!
Very fun show! After some fun references to the shows inspiration the show launches into a very funny quiz-esque show. The actors were comedic with their over the top characters and demonstrated strong wit picking up on audience interactions/heckles playing off of them incredibly well. There were some moments towards the end where if felt like the show was moving towards a message for the audience to take away from the show but not enough time was put towards it so it didnt really feel like it landed leaving that part a little muddled. Still a fun show to take part in and one I would recommend!
Fun concept, decent execution. It was quite comedic though some plot points weren’t clear. The heckling and audience interaction did bring the energy up, but some sections were a long and could use more work… Don’t recommend brining minors as there’s strong sexual content discussed despite being “family friendly”… If you do not like loud and chaotic environments I’d suggest skipping this one. If you do like that, then this is a fun show to kill time!
So much fun!!!! Strongly recommend. Don’t be scared off by the audience participation, no one gets singled out. Just heckle to your hearts content and cheer real loud. The devil is a fantastic host.
