The Evolution of a Broken Heart

Quantum Leap Productions

The Evolution of a Broken Heart is an improvisational dance theatre work that takes the audience through scenes of heartbreak, healing and the revelation that we aren’t alone. Using projection, lighting and movement, two dancers tell stories of past ideals and present-day heart-opening experiences.

This emotional driven work explores the sadness, anger and hopefulness that heartbreak invokes. Winner of Best Visuals at Orlando Fringe’s FestN4.

  1. Our favourite show this Fringe. Really stunning dancing, especially considering it’s improvised around a loose skeleton of music and props. Wish it had run longer, and hoping this team returns next year.

  2. What an incredible show. I was so moved by this show from laugher to tears. I saw the show twice and would have gone more if I had the chance. This was a one of a kind experiences and a gift to see these talented artists.

  3. What a wonderful performance by the 2 amazing dancers! Contemporary dance at its finest and most certainly one of the best I have had the privilege to see in my life. Highly recommended.
