Now, Don’t Get Upset is a solo dance monologue about a mother-daughter relationship that sifts through all the layers, hurdles, lessons, baggage, humour, grief and love within.
From the growing pains in childhood to reversing roles in caretaking, this show takes a humorous yet heartfelt stroll down one particular memory lane. Audience members will be invited to respond and engage in post-show activities.
Smart, funny, kinda beautiful and did I mention funny? A universal and heartfelt true tale from a very talented performer. Very good stuff.

I was so impressed with Rachel’s show. Not only is she a talented actress and dancer, but also an extremely talented story teller. This show was extremely beautiful. It was a perfect combination of funny, seriousness, and lots of heart. I highly recommend this show!
